On Monday, we rounded out our last day in Canada by making stops in Malton, Burlington, and Ancaster, cities surrounding Toronto. As we bounced from event-to-event, I noticed something that is not always the case at every event; at each of these stops, every doctor was seriously interested in adding a Cephalometric and 3D-capable panoramic unit to their office. Each doctor has specific imaging needs for his/her practice, and it was exhilarating to witness the fact that Gendex has the perfect solution for them all, and they can experience it in person on our bus!

After thoroughly explaining the GXDP-700™ SC with each doctor, Gendex Rep Steve Kahn then followed him/her inside of their offices to measure and confirm that the unit’s footprint was the appropriate size for their space. Once we wrapped up these events, we were U.S. bound. Have you ever seen anyone trying to cross the border on a bicycle? Me neither! Well, at least not until now:

Many factors are involved with keeping teeth in good condition. Besides brushing and flossing, changes in the body chemistry during certain times of life can also affect the dental health. A report on the new study published in the journal Nature Reviews Endocrinology discusses the possibility that dental x-rays can be used to investigate the bone structure in the lower jaw, and predict who is at greater risk of fractures in the future.
